where it all started
Founder Lara Sheldrake saw too many brilliant, purpose-led founders burn out trying to fit into systems that were never designed for them. Hustle culture wasn’t the answer. Neither was “profit at all costs.”
So she built the space she wished existed. A space for people building more than just businesses people building movements.
Found & Flourish was born as a way to rewrite the rules. To create a safe, inclusive space for founders to grow, thrive, and flourish without losing themselves or their mission along the way.
